The Loyalty Host will report directly to the Loyalty Host Manager, whilst assuming some ownership and responsibility for the day to day operations within the gaming room, including appearance, presentation and customer engagement. Your Key Priorities will be to: Aptitude for providing personalised customer service experience Ensuring the ambient environment of patrons is presentable, clean, comfortable and safe Articulate in verbal and written communication Maintain privacy and confidentiality on all aspects of financial, operational and patron affairs Strong self-regulation capability in situations of conflict Familiarity of self-exclusion patrons, actively monitoring player activity and ensuring all transactions are compliant, reporting any concerns or suspicious activity following the club's procedure Ensure gaming machines and gaming floor compliance is maintained.
